Our nation has always had a big heart in helping other nations in need. It is one way our nation is defined. Foreign Aid should be provided to those in need when justified. However, our nation has become more like a bank giving out money to everyone that asks. There must be reform of Foreign Aid policies so that we as a nation can concentrate more on our home front then on others. Our nation is in a difficult financial situation and needs to really reform all policies to help control spending.
